We know stepping in front of the camera for a boudoir session can feel a little nerve-wracking, especially if it's your first time. It’s a very vulnerable type of photography, you’re wearing lingerie, in front of a camera, with a photographer you met just an hour ago. Add in the very personal and often emotional reasons that motivate our clients to do a boudoir photoshoot, and the nerves can be high when you first step into our studio!

We’re a small Minnesota photography studio that specializes in only boudoir! It’s what we love and what we’ve spend years crafting into something that’s more than just a photoshoot. Boudoir is vulnerable, but it’s also empowering and healing. All of this is why we’ve built a space where you can feel safe, supported, and 100% in control during the entire experience. Here’s how we protect your privacy, put you at ease, and make sure your experience is empowering from start to finish:

All-Women’s Team

Our entire team, from the photographer to the studio manager to the hair and makeup artist, is made up of women. That means you’ll be surrounded by people who get it, who know how to hype you up, and who want you to feel like your absolute best self.

We’ve all gone through many of the same experiences as our clients and this helps us connect and relate to each persons and their reasons for doing the session. We here to be your hype team, a shoulder to cry on, and a stand in best friend as you go through the experience.

No Pressure, Ever

This is your session. We’ll check in with you throughout the shoot to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and totally in control. You’ll never be pushed into wearing anything or posing in a way that makes you feel uneasy.

We’ll guide you with suggestions, but your comfort always comes first. We also send you a questionnaire before the session to get to know what makes you feel nervous or insecure and what brings you confidence so we can adjust our session to help you relax and feel the best while you’re in front of the camera!

If you want a little extra support for the day you can always bring along a trusted friend. We love when a friend comes along because by the end of the session we’ve all bonded and it fills like one big girl day!

Model Release = Your Choice

Want to keep your photos 100% private? Totally fine. We always ask for permission before sharing any images on our website, social media, or anywhere else. You’ll have the option to sign a model release only if you’re comfortable. No pressure, no surprises, and no photos will ever be used without your full consent.

We provide options for sharing no face images, or let you select specific images to you’re okay with sharing, but we’ll always encourage you to do what YOU feel is right. You also have the right to change your mind.  If you decide you’d rather your image be for your eyes only after signing the model release, just send over a text or email to our team and we’ll quickly remove any public photos.

Image Reveal Support

Seeing your boudoir photos for the first time can be emotional. Image reveals are often full of laughter, tears, and every feeling in between! Whether you feel proud, excited, nervous, or even a little overwhelmed, we’re there to support you through all the feels. We’ll keep some tissues near by just incase, but don’t worry, the tears are usually good tears. The kind

that feels like healing.

We take the time to walk through your image reveal at your pace. You don’t need to rush and pick you’re favorites all at once. Most clients end up liking waaaay more images than they’d ever expect so we know you’ll need time to carefully go through them all. We’ll help you compare and get you down to the amount of images of the package of your choice and make sure you feel great about the ones you get to take home!

Privacy After Your Photoshoot

After your session, your images are uploaded to a secure, password-protected online gallery. Only you (and anyone you choose to share it with) will have access. Your privacy is important to us, and we take every step to keep your photos safe.

Olivia does all the editing herself so we don’t send your images out to someone else to edit, they’ll stay in Olivia’s hands as she gets them looking absolutely perfect!

Our albums are manufactured by a professional photo and album printer that’s only available to professional photographers, we trust our manufacturers to keep your images safe and secure while they craft your beautiful album. When it’s done and ready for you, we can either ship the album or other products in nondescript packaging or arrange a time for you to personally pick it up in our studio. Pick up is a great option if you’re trying to keep an album a surprise and don’t want the recipient see it early
