Who here took senior photos in high school? They were a pretty big deal back in my day (aka the late 2000s). My classmates and I spent months planning outfits, poses, and locations, all to make sure our personality was perfectly displayed in such important portraits.

This past weekend, I spent time with one of my oldest friends, and she pulled out shoeboxes of high school mementos, including a stack of senior photos from our classmates. It was so fun to see how everyone made their portraits unique.

We once had a client bring her husband’s work boots, denim shorts, and his reflective safety vest for a flirty tribute to her hardworking guy.
